DCP: DiCalciumPhosphate is produced in several steps. A slurry is prepared by mixing phosphoric acid solution with calcium carbonate and calcium oxide in a mixing screw. It is then dried in a rotary kiln. This product is mainly used for cattle feed and/or poultry feed.
MCP: MonoCalciumPhosphate is produced by mixing phosphoric acid and calcium monoxide in a reaction tank. The produced MCP is then granulated, dried and sieved. It is generally used as a fertilizer, as poultry feed or as a leavening agent in bakery.
